The "Ar-PSA" is a PSA argon gas generation device capable of recovering high-purity argon (max. 99.999%). It can purify and separate argon-rich gas emitted from RH vacuum degassing furnaces, silicon single crystal pulling devices, etc., into high-purity argon gas. Using zeolite adsorbents, the adsorption amount of argon is smaller compared to nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide, allowing for separation.
